Mindfulness Mondays continue at Zilker!
Did you know that consistent mindfulness practices help exercise and strengthen your brain? Did you know that mindfulness is being kind to yourself and others? We will focus on breathing exercises that help our brain, body and heart.
Families and students are invited to join us in the cafeteria every Monday morning at 7:25 for five minutes of breathing exercises to get us ready for the day.
Adults– stop in the garden after drop off at 7:50 for 10 minutes of breathing exercises!
